Article 1 (Application)
These Terms of Service set out the conditions for using ClipPeak (the "Service"). Users must agree to these Terms before using the Service.
Article 2 (Service Description)
The Service is a tool that uses AI to extract highlights from long-form videos specified by users and automatically generate, preview, and download vertical short-video candidates. Users are solely responsible for deciding whether to publish generated videos on any destination platform.
Article 3 (Accounts)
To use the Service, users must create an account by the method specified by us. Users are responsible for managing their own account information and must promptly contact us if they discover unauthorized use by a third party.
Article 4 (Prohibited Conduct)
Users must not engage in any of the following conduct when using the Service.
- Uploading to the Service, generating, or posting content that infringes copyright, portrait rights, or other rights, including videos or materials belonging to third parties for which permission has not been obtained
- Conduct that violates laws or public order and morals
- Conduct that interferes or may interfere with operation of the Service
- Unauthorized access or attempted unauthorized access
- Using information obtained through the Service for purposes other than its intended purpose or providing it to third parties
Article 5 (Intellectual Property Rights)
Intellectual property rights relating to the Service belong to us or to third parties that hold legitimate rights. Rights to materials uploaded by users and generated content belong to users to the extent permitted by law; however, users warrant that they hold the necessary rights and permissions for such materials.
Article 6 (Disclaimer)
We make no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, usefulness, or fitness for a particular purpose of results generated by the Service. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage suffered by a user or third party as a result of using the Service.
Article 7 (Changes to These Terms)
When we deem it necessary, we may change these Terms without prior notice to users. The revised Terms take effect when posted on the Service.
Article 8 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute concerning the Service is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance of the court that has jurisdiction over the location of our head office.
